Dutch agricultural governance, 1870s-1930s. The making of agricultural institutions and policies as an outcome of the coevolution of state and civil society.<\/em> pp. 37\u201359. It is, as the title state, an application of our emphasis on the important role of civil society in agricultural governance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
